Hi everyone,
I booked an Online GMAT exam appointment for 25th April 2021 on 28th March 2021, and received confirmation for the same. Today I received an email stating the following:
Dear Ishmeet Singh,
Your below GMAT™ exam appointment has been cancelled. You will receive a new appointment confirmation email for a similar date and time for the current GMAT online exam within the next three business days. Please refer to the email from GMAC on
March 29, 2021 providing additional details and instructions for this new appointment.
If you have any questions, please contact GMAT Customer Service.
Interestingly enough, neither did I didn't cancel this appointment, nor did I receive any emails from GMAC on the aforementioned date. But this email does say that they will give me a new appointment confirmation for a similar date and time. Has this happened to anyone before? any help would be extremely appreciated. i did not get any refunds either.
PS I am trying to reach out to GMAT's customer support for India (my region), but I am unable to get a hold of anyone right now.
