It's quite strange as testing has been suspended until June 6 in India. Anyhow, wishing you the best of luck for your exam!

Thank You :)
My exam wasn't conducted today. I reached the Pearson center but it was closed. I called GMAC customer care and they raised a case for me and asked me go back home. Don't know what will happen next.

Ohh sorry to hear that.. It must have been really frustrating. They have even registered a case against my concern. Hope the issue gets resolved asap.

My Exam was scheduled on 4th June, and I got the cancellation mail a week before that. Now I am confused if I should book a date on 18th June. What if it also gets cancelled?

My GMAT exam has been cancelled twice in 1 month, once in Noida (14th May) and the next time in the baramkhamba center (19th June). Both times I received a cancellation confirmation 4 days - 1 week in advance.
Quite confused if I should try booking another exam or just try and take the GMAT online? This is also affecting my momentum.

Appreciate your thoughts and suggestions :)

Hi,
Sorry to hear that. The situation with covid is dicey.
Just check your preparedness for GMAT online (Whiteboard, Internet, etc.) -> Not a bad choice since you are losing your momentum otherwise.

Good luck.
Cheers!

I am facing the same problem. I booked my exam for 12th June, but got a cancellation mail a week back. Another friend booked it for 18th June, but just received a cancellation mail yesterday. The website still just shows that testing is suspended till 13th June across India, so not sure if this means that it will get extended by another week (at the very least). This is quite annoying, so wanted advice regarding the following:

1) I understand that you cannot cancel your Online GMAT score, but wanted guidance regarding the following:

I have an in-person GMAT score of 730. If I give the online GMAT but don't send the score to any school, is there any way they will be able to see the online GMAT score if I just choose to send the in-person score report?

2) anksh27: What are the things that one needs to look at to check preparedness for GMAT Online (except for ordering a whiteboard)?

Thanks!

Thank you.

First of all congratulations for the score 730.
In Online GMAT, you are not required to select 5 school & submit the score on the exam day like we have in traditional GMAT.
Instead, Once you get the official score -> you can send your score to unlimited b-schools.
To answer your question, No b-schools won't have an access to your score unless you submit the new score. Also, Even if you submit :In that case -> you get to choose your preferred score in application form.

To answer your second question about preparedness, there is no additional thing except for whiteboard, Browser, Good internet, etc.
You can get all the info on official MBA.com website.
In terms of exam, enhanced online has same options as in-person with 2 optional 8mins breaks.

I hope I answered your query.
Good luck,
Cheers!

Any update on reopening of test centers in India?

I had an exam today and I got a cancellation email last week . mba com shows a free slot on 29th and the Pearson guys are saying that test center will be open that day(I think they are saying this just because an open slot is shown in the website)

I had booked my exam for the 23rd. Just received a cancellation mail. Second time cancelled now. This is getting too annoying now. Testing isn't suspended also anymore (at least as per this link: https://www.mba.com/information-and-new ... oronavirus). Just don't know what to do.
