Hi,
I gave my GMAT Online exam on 25th May last month and I haven't received my official scores yet. I wrote a mail to their customer care email 5-days ago and also submitted a ticket via the "Contact Us" page but have received no response. I also used their live chat feature but the agent assigned to me said that the live chat didn't handle GMAT Online queries and that I had to mail or call. So, I tried calling yesterday but again I couldn't reach anybody and the phone kept getting disconnected.
I am applying to a few schools and the deadline is in a couple of days. I am getting a bit worried now, and I don't know what to do. Is there anyone whose score report has been delayed like this in the new enhanced GMAT Online or any other suggestions on what I can do to get an update? Any leads would be appreciated, Thank you!

Since you are almost out of time, I think the best move is to try calling the folks at GMAC every day until you reach someone. You may also want to reach out to the folks in admissions at your desired schools so you can let them know that your score may be delayed.
