Dear All,
I scored 690 on my second attempt. My score on first attempt given on 26th August was 600(Q:44,V:28)/AWA 6.0. As you can see, my Q score improved by only 1 versus V which improved by almost 11 points. Although, I am disappointed with the score, I dont know if I will sit for the exam again. It would be better if I dont speak of which category of applicants I belong to. Yes, you guessed it right!!
Unfortunately, this score doesnt seem good enough to compete among those applicants, but oh well, I am going to try my best!!!
Over the past month or so, since I became a member of this club, I used to frequent the club and tried to solve each question posted on Math and Verbal forums. On this forum, I learnt a great deal from everyone, especially on CR and RC. My RC was very weak but after learning about "speed reading", my reading speed increased as well as I was able to better comprehend the material. Sometimes, I didnt even have to go back to the RC passage to find out the answer to the question.
Between the first attempt and second attempt, I took GMATPrep (repeats) everyday for the three days before the exam. Followed necromonger's advice here and I think it definitely helped.
My GMATPrep scores were
680;700 (Before 1st attempt)
710;750 with repeats (Before 2nd attempt)
760 with repeats (Before 2nd attempt)
Thanks to all the club members as well as to the creators of this club!! Without your assistance, it wouldnt have been possible to achieve this score.

Its an awesome score. Yes everyone is different and requirements are different too. I just know that if I had that 690, I'll already be singing Christmas jingles....
