I had appeared for the Online GMAT exam on 19/12/2021 at 9 am IST. During the Analytical Writing Assessment section, I had clicked the next button to initiate that section but due to some browser lag my click wasn't registered. Therefore, I clicked the said "Next" button once again. Instead of beginning that section my screen displayed the AWA Section for a second and then ended my exam. I had raised the issue with the Proctor as well as the Examinty staff to which they responded that they can't help me but can share the recording of the session with GMAC for consideration. It was a technical issue that caused this to happen as throughout the exam whenever one is attempting a question a prompt comes on screen to confirm our answer before moving to the next question. Such a prompt did not come on my screen during my AWA section attempt. Is there anyone else I can contact and help resolve this?

This is a weird error ... what was the section option you choose for the exam?
Analytical Writing Assessment, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative, Verbal

Did you happen to get an unofficial score at the end of the exam? or was the exam terminated after you raised the issue with Proctor?

You have to contact GMAC only as no one else can help you regarding the problem.
You can also request GMAC to provide you with screen recording to confirm the issues faced by you.
