Thanks bb.

Yeah, I've reconciled myself to a lost test and that I will have to take it one more time unless I decide to pivot to the GRE!
And while many an experienced lawyer has said that a traditional 2 year an MBA is valuable (we just don't learn to 'Excel'), the Top 20 schools MBAs are terrified about our not landing up with plum jobs. So my radar had shifted towards Sloan/MsX programs a while ago.

A move to the GRE is actually not a bad call. Have you taken any official GRE practice exams to get a baseline score?

Good! Makes sense about shifting towards Sloan/MsX. It is kind of annoying about the experience/age and the trends and opportunities for more experienced candidates. Sorry again about the test. That sucks. I think GRE is an option though I would take the test at the center. You will have to do it in a mask most likely (though perhaps not in some states?) which can be pretty annoying if you wear glasses.... though ultimately GRE seems to be a quant-easier test in general and most schools don't really care about which one you take it seems. 🤷‍♂️

What is motivating your switch from law to MBA? Seems like New York law is on par with mba grads in terms of comp, etc.

On seconds thoughts with all the GMAT prep I've done, I'll just take it one more time once my ban ends. My score however has gone from 'T' to 'S' - serious policy violation. I just hope that doesn't harm my future prospects in any way....
