Can I check is there GMAT rep in this forum ?
Apparently , I can't contact GMAT / Pearson Vue at all.
Their customer support is non-existence considering they are a global org and just raised the price of the exam.
You would have thought their customer support got better post increment , NO!!
Somehow , my name in mba.com was changed without any notifications before and after I have taken the exam...

Wow. That is super weird. Your name was changed before and after? How do you know? Did you notice something weird? Crazy! 😵💫
PS. To answer your question, there is a representative but they’re not very active. Your best bet is to contact them through Twitter and direct message them. That seems to get attention of the social media department which is much more responsive than their support.

Of course , the name from the receipt which I registered for the exam and my current name in mba.com are not the same.
If it is otherwise , this shouldn't take more than 5 min for them to disprove that the name was indeed changed on their side.
And my ID , my face and my palm were scanned on that day when I took the exam as well if they want to check I am truly who I say I am via MS Teams or Zoom or Whatsapp or FB.

Or unless they are still the dark ages of managing customers using Lotus 1-2-3 and Visual Basic on Windows 3.1.
That the name was changed is bad but the way they are handling the issue was like 1980s style.
