When I logged in during the exam timing, I saw 2 appointment IDs. I joined the first one and got connected to the proctor. After a while, she told me to connect to my speaker even for the instructions, and so I went to get my speaker, and by the time I came back, I got logged out. I wanted to select the same appointment ID again but it wouldn't open, so I selected the 2nd appointment ID, this one got connected and I finished my exam properly, also getting an unofficial score and an email saying I would get the official score report within 7 days. However, on my mba account portal, it doesn't show the exam ID which I finished and rather shows the first one for which I hadn't even started the exam, and the status says - 'Technical Error'.
I would like to know what this means and when I would receive my official score report as the deadlines are fast approaching.
