Hi all. Just a general query. Gavr my gmat on 8th. Got 740 as unnofficial score followed by a mail 6 hours later saying my test is under review and will be notified in 20 days when its completed.

Yesterday i got my official score.

Does this mean the review is complete ?
Has anyone got a mail stating specifically that the review has been completed.

Hey,

If it was GMAT online exam, security reviews for scores more than 700 are very common. Be rest assured and congrats on such a superb score!

I got my official score yesterday

But my question is do we get a separate mail confirming that the review has been complete?

Or is it enough to assume that getting the official score means that the review is done ?

Hopefully nothing to worry about. Had a 6-hour Verbal student for example who already had a 700 (V41). They retook the GMAT (Online) in about 10 days and ended up with a 760 (V45). The score went into review and became Official about two weeks later.

I have got my official score yesterday

I think it is enough to assume that getting the official score means that the review is done.

However, anyone who has live exam experience, pls confirm.

Hi lordofthebottle,

Yes - the 'release' of your Official Score means that the review of your Exam was completed. A 740 is an outstanding Score - so you can comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you. Do you have any particular Schools in mind (and are you planning to apply sometime soon?)?
