Hey guys,
Unfortunately I have just had a pretty agrivating experience with a GMAT exam. Firstly my proctor unfortuantly was very difficult to understand which made comunication difficult and perhaps led to the following problems:
Firstly apon presenting two different types of whiteboard one of which had a couple of lines on it and the other with a cardboard back I wasnt allowed to use any writting material. Obviously after months of practise I was upset about this so stated my point. Here my proctor obviously made a Vendetta against me, asking me to show my desk and room mid way through the exam interupting my concentration and waisting my time, meaning I had rush to make up for lost time. She was continually arugmentaive poiting out halfway through the exam I had to remove the whiteboard pens, even though they are still perfectly legal objects im allowed on the table.
Secondly is that after finishing the exam I now realise a virtual whiteboard is offered. After realising I wasnt allowed any writting material before the exam, I asked if a virtual whiteboard is available in which the answer was no. Clearly I was given missinformation which has led me to get a lower mark than I should with these unfair exam conditions.
Does anyone know where I can go from here? Surely it's fair that I should be offered a second attempt with fairer circumstances?

Hi evillpander.
It sounds as if you should contact GMAC customer service to get a free retake. The whiteboard may not have been acceptable, but other things that occurred should not have. They should be happy to give you a free retake.
