Dear All,
I have taken my first online GMAT minday and it has not work out as I would have expected…The issue I encountered was that my Macbook was not compatible with the requirements (I am using a MacOs Ventura 13.3) and to be honest I have not notice this requirement before scheduling the session.
Even despite the fact that the person from Examity told my that I should be able to reschedule my exam ASAP without having to pay twice the registration fees, the gmac customer care seems not to mind and keep saying that they just cannot grant a refund/voucher. I really do not understand and I find it outrageous to have to pay again while it is about a technical issue.
The support’s answer as follows:
« As per the GMAT™ Online System Requirements, only Mac OS 10.14 – 12.2.1 are compatible operating systems. (MAC OS 10.13 and below and MAC OS above 12.2.1 are not compatible). The system that was used to take the exam did not meet our system requirements. We are unable to approve a refund or voucher in this case. I approved a 16-day policy exception so you can register for another exam without having to wait 16 days. »
What would you suggest me to do??
In advance thank you for your consideration
