I gave my Gmat exam on may 29th which went horribly wrong...so i purchased esr following which i got an activation code...my question is where should i put my activation code to get the esr

Consider checking out the official product page of the ESR. There is a part which mentions how to access/apply the code.

HI experts MartyTargetTestPrep AjiteshArun KarishmaB

I requested ESR on 17th Oct 2023 and took exam on 14th Oct. I was able to buy it. But now under purchases section, I get the link to activate ESR and it directs me to the most recent GMAT Exam and because I took the test at test centre, I haven't received the official score yet and status appears as blank against the recent exam.

Now, as per the article in FAQs, I don't get any of the tabs to get the ESR report, the steps given don't match.

Can anyone please tell if I will be able to download / see ESR report only after the official score is generated? Or is it anything that I am missing?

Hi Alka10,

I think they've changed the link on that page. Earlier, we'd just go to mba.com, log in, and go to "my account". I'm not sure whether the new link takes you to the same page, but maybe you could try going there directly through the regular login process?

If you don't see a link to enter an ESR code next to your exam, you need to get on a call with Pearson customer support and let them know.
