Morning everyone. I am new to this board but not new to the pain that is the GMAT. To give you a quick backstory about my experience, I have been thinking about Biz school for a long time and this past summer 06 I decided to go ahead and take the GMAT and apply hoping for some admission in 07. I began serious studying in Sept-Nov.
Usually I would try and stick around after work for about 1 and a half or 2 hours during the weekdays and 3 to 4 on Saturday usually resting on weekends. My practice test usually would put me in the 550-600 range.
Needless to say I rolled in to take the test and finished with a dismal 390!!! I am not the strongest math student and I
thought my verbal was okay but apparently not.
Other factors for me I have a 3.3 Undergrad, fabulous work experience with 2 years being international and I am bilengual. Needless to say the only piece of the puzzle that is missing is the GMAT.
So, for a guy who never has historically tested well and he is not a math machine, can I achieve 600. I am looking to begin study now in March with hopes of taking the exam again in late June. Please...any and all responses are welcome
