I just gave my exam, and I am horribly frustrated so this is what I'm going to do share my experience and request advice.
I consistently scored 675+ in past 3-4 mocks I had given, Had a strong quant, strong verbal, admittedly my DI scores were a bit shaky from mock to mock.
I never scored below than Q85 but today I scored a Q79
Verbal was a different story
I had consistently scored above V82, today it was a V76
Data insights was a DI79
Now that said
While i was giving the test, I was time crunched on verbal, I fear I didn't click submit on the last question ( Did it get auto submitted - i had clicked the option)
My quant section went extremely well( atleast well thats what I thought and so did DI.( Much better than any of the mocks I gave)
I really don't know how to overcome this, I spent a lot LOT OF time energy effort on this exam.
It was emotionally mentally physically draining and I CAN'T Take it anymore.
Colleges I wanted to apply have their deadlines in a week and I DONT have the stamina to go through this ordeal again
I literally cut off myself from the world for last two months giving my everything to this exam and trust me I had a great mindset enterring the exam too.
Did TTP rigorously also did official mocks 1,2,3,4
Literally worked knee to knee to improve my weak areas, I dont know what to do

What a drag. It sounds as if you just somehow had a bad session in which you made some errors and fell for some trap choices.
Also, from what I've seen, on the Focus Edition, your last answer is not submitted unless you confirm it. So, probably, your Verbal score was dinged to 4 points or more simply because of your not confirming your answer to the last question.
I realize you feel DONE at this point. At the same time, you'll likely feel differently with a few days break from the GMAT.
So, all I can say is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back on that horse in a few days and prepare until you achieve your goal. If you have to apply in a different admissions cycle, so be it.
One thing you could do to ensure that you achieve your target score next time is do some streaks method practice with official questions or tricky third-party to develop greater consistency. How to use the streaks method effectively is discussed in this post.
