Your quant score is actually quite good, especially considering you guessed on the last several questions. I think if this was your first practice test then you probably just need to take another five or six practice tests to get the "pacing" down.
There is room for improvement with verbal, so I would recommend pushing back your test date. Figure out what you're struggling with on verbal, and work on this area. For instance if it is critical reasoning, go through the OG and figure out why you're missing questions, really understand why you're missing them.
You're applying for next year right? No rush, take your time, wait until you're hitting your target score on your practice tests before you think about taking the real thing. A lot of people seem to think that they will magically score higher when they take the actual test. I don't know why people think this, but a lot of times people seem to think, "I scored 600, 610, and 620 on my practice tests, what the hel, I'll go ahead and take the test and hopefully hit a 700."
Until you get a score that you're happy with on GMAT Prep, don't take the real test.
I think you just need to do a little work on verbal and then do five or six CATs and you're going to be fine, good luck!
