Hi All,
I just wanted to take the chance to share a little about my experience studying for the GMAT while using
target test prep. I had been recommended to use the program through a friend and was hesitant at first. I knew nothing about the GMAT or how to go about things, but was told to put my faith in the course, so I did.
I had started off the program taking their initial assessment. It was a practice test that served as a baseline of how "ready" you were to get your target score. When taking that assessment, I had felt so overwhelmed. I hadn't seen a lot of the math topics since I was in high school and was really out of my element. However, through a long 6 month journey and taking the GMAT 3 times, I got to where I wanted to be. It was not an easy road, but the TTP course really gives you every tool that you need to be successful. There are great lectures that are driven home with more practice questions than I ever thought I would end up doing. This repetition is what allowed me to truly learn the information and have it stick.
I would typically try to study in the mornings and in the evenings. Given I was working full time with studying, having the modules broken out into more bite size pieces allowed me to feel like I can continuously make progress even if I wasn't able to always sit down for hours uninterrupted. I knew that every time I sat down to study, I was getting better. If you commit to the program/study plan, you will always learn. Do not skip material! It can feel like a lot of multiple choice to be going through for each chapter, but trust the process and it is the best way to learn.
In short, you will not regret going with TTP. I can't recommend it enough and know that it was the reason I was able to be successful in my own process. Thank you again to the TTP team!
