I wanted to share my experience using the Magoosh GMAT Premium Plan, as I think it can really help others deciding between prep options.
What I liked about [color=#006597]Magoosh:
1) Affordable Premium Plan: Very budget-friendly and gives you a generous 6-month access, which is perfect for self-paced learners.
2) Excellent Video Lessons: Clear, engaging video explanations that break down each concept really well — great for brushing up on basics.
3) AI Tutor Support: If you’re stuck, the built-in AI tutor helps explain the question further and even gives you a similar question to practice right away.
4) Quant Basics Explained Well: If your basics are a bit shaky, [/color]Magoosh does a great job revisiting fundamental concepts without making you feel overwhelmed.
5) Self-Paced and Flexible: You can learn at your own speed, which makes it ideal for working professionals or students juggling other tasks.
6) Study Plans: There are structured study schedules (1-month, 3-month, etc.) to help you stay on track. It removes the overwhelm of figuring out what to do next.
A Small Area for Improvement:
1) The Quant questions are not very challenging. They're great for strengthening foundations, but some of the high-level difficulty (700–800 level) is limited.
2) Limited Question Pool: The number of practice questions feels limited.
Final Thoughts:
For the price, Magoosh is absolutely worth it. It’s especially great if you’re just starting out or prefer learning at your own pace with clear explanations. It builds strong foundational understanding — and that’s often what makes the biggest difference!
