I scored a GMAT 555 back in August 2025.Sectional split - Q81 (16/20) V78 (15/23) DI 75 (8/20)
I scored as much as expected in quant and data insights. In verbal my accuracy was as expected however my score was lower as I think i got some easy questions incorrect. Key takeaways-
Quant-
1. Real exam is certainly tougher than your mocks. You absolutely drill through 705-805 level quant questions everyday and build that mindset of figuring out questions even the ones which are not solveable apparently
2. You need to be inline with all concepts on the top of your head, try to build a concept log and number each concept and keep solving questions relating to each of them to keep in touch
Verbal-
1. Real exam is in line with the mocks- try to have that mental capacity to go through 23 questions in depth in a single sitting and still have the ability to give your 100% to the 23rd question
Data insights-
1. Extremely tough as compared to the mocks. Dont bother doing the easy questions, focus only on the medium and tough questions
2. Taking a break before this section is highly recommended
