Feeling more confident and having done 500+ questions aren't the same as having raised your ceiling. A Q78 isn't below average, by the way. It's right around the middle, so it's neither the weakness you feared nor the strength you assumed when you decided to double down. Volume across scattered topics tends to reinforce wherever you already are. It rarely closes the specific gaps costing you points.
What moves a score is depth, one topic at a time, practiced untimed until your accuracy is genuinely high. And the part most people skip: for every miss, diagnose why. Concept you didn't know, misread, careless slip, or a trap? Five hundred questions with no diagnosis is five hundred reps of the same level.
Also, where are your Verbal and DI scores? Your 580 (which I assume you mean 585 since all GMAT Focus scores end in a 5) is the combination of all three sections, and you've only mentioned Quant. The most room is very often not the section you'd guess, and Data Insights in particular is where the largest untapped gains usually sit.
So, before scheduling anything, take a free official practice test from mba.com to see all three sections side by side. Then build a topic-by-topic plan aimed at the actual gaps, with real error analysis on every miss. A 100-point jump is well within reach over three months.
