I've been preparing for 10 weeks since end of May (bc i took some breaks due to vacation) about 4 hours a day. I do the GMAT Ninja 13 week plan and then also use Magoosh and try to do additional target questions on topics I struggle in.

You need to work on your concepts first. Then you can start practicing from OGs and GC.
