Hi everyone,
I appeared for my GMAT exam today and it was a horrible test experience where I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, completed my requirements, and was ready to test at my scheduled time. I was prevented from starting at my appointment time because the test center had permitted another candidate to start late for some paper though I'm not sure if it was GMAT as Pearson has other exams as well and they told me I have to wait for another 25 minutes before I can start my paper.
They had no available workstation somehow, though I don't understand that if I had a slot booking how can there not be a free workstation irrespective if someone starts his or her exam late. I sat there for 25 minutes staring at the wall waiting.
I have been giving my mocks regularly at that particular time slot and was scoring 675+ but as I was waiting I kept panicking and irritated cause I can't even shout at them before my exam starts. As I sat to give the paper all panicked I can't even remember the first 5 mins of my verbal section. And I tanked verbal. I scored a 555. Can I get this reported and get a reschedule?
Please help, I don't know what to do in this situation.

I fully believe you should email all the evidence to GMAC and they would give you an another test. Make it quick.

I have filed a complaint with Pearson and GMAC Customer Care, Is there anything else I should do?
