Salut MBAFan,

I'm french too ;)

From what I read, I would like to say u lacked of preparation on full tests... U should try to make 1 full test a week. Kaplan & Princeton are not the best ones. If u have the SC manhattan (a must have book), u will have an access to 4 full MGMAT online tests. They are very good :)

Also, I recommand u to have a look on the very good post of Futuristic https://www.gmatclub.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=244281

Finally, where are u planning to apply? :)

Good luck to u ! :)

I'd say to jump from 620 to 700 in 2 months is definately an achievable goal; especially given your 670 on a GMAT Prep test. A 5.5 on AWA is a great job as well, considering you didn't even try to prep for that.

I agree with everyone else, your best bet is to spend more time with CATs
one each weekend... since you did so well with AWA just take the Quant/Verbal sections... its 2 1/2 hours well spent. Review what you got wrong.... and I am sure you will improve.

Good Luck!

Thanks everybody! You are boosting my motivation! :-D

Fig, I did not know about Manhattan books, will get it as soon as possible!

I am unsure to apply this year, but my target schools may be kellog or yale!

I would definitely like to get a 700+ (like everybody here I guess) to get rid of GMAT for good!

Good luck to all of you!

Et vive la France!

Fig,

I have a question concerning SC Manhattan book: when you have 4 online tests, do they include all types of questions or only SC questions?

Thanks in advance!

U have an access to 4 full exams (AWA and both main sections) and in plus .... a special bag of 25 SC questions, addressing specific domains of concerns :)
