There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
Took it the first time got a 610 q45v28
2nd time 590 q41v31.
I am going to take it one more time September and call it quits.
I think I became very sloppy on the math section and was not careful.
Well, you did pull up your verbal a little bit. Did you able to sit though the whole test without any stamina issue? Give it a try one more time. You should be able to pull the score up.
Are you practicing enough on your weaknesses between the tests? It seems that you can benefit from Manhattan SC/CR/RC books and GMAT Club challenges. Manhattan Number Properties may be good too.
I think I was careless during the math section. I blasted through the math section and probably made many mistakes. I actually thought the math was easy up until question 25.
I am going to take it again to get my score back up and then will hang up my gloves.
I know how it feels . I too fell short of my expectations today. Dont give up. Chalk out a smart study plan and kill this test. We have some wonderful people around here, just take their help if you need on anything and give it another blast next month. All the best !
3rd times a charm.
I am taking it again September 18th.
I want to work my Math score back up above a 45 and work my verbal score above a 32.
I will do 15 new difficult math problems/day.
Redo GMAT prep until I can get the score above a 750. Though there will be many repeats, it will help me understand at what level I should perform at to get my target score of a 650.
yeah good point. Remember the first 10 questions are rather important in determining both quant and verbal scores. For a 48+ score, you will encounter difficult questions by the first 10-15.
