Uninstall, then delete the entire folder (because it will still be there), then reinstall.

I think the 3rd test (a retest) is a reasonable score.

the 4th will see even more familiar questions, I don't think it is a good measure, but it is still good to get some practice questions.

In the GMAT Prep folder, you will find files which keep track of your exams. The questions and choices you made. I forgot the file names :(
Delete those log files and hopefully that will solve your problem without uninstalling and reinstalling
