want to thank each and every member of the forum for their comments, contribution.
Will make this quick. gave exam on moday morn 550 Q37 V28 - not really happy with the score but I am applying for C T Bauer school of business (U of Hou) PT. lets see wht happens.
had 2 repeat question's on actual GMAT
The first one was the DS question "During a 10 week summer vacation was the avg number of boos read by carolyn blah blah....
and the 2nd one was SC from OG 11
To josephine Baker paris was her home blah blah blah.......I got this one right but don't know about the DS question. I think it's E but I picked A
verbal killed me. the RC's and the CR's were awfully long and tough. on the first 3 - 5 que's of verbal i took quite some time and from there on i was knowing it's not the right answer but had to move on.
started studying about 3 4 months ago and after my 10 hour work day would get about 1-2 hours/day to study. if it doesn't work out this time will try again for fall 2008.
also not having enuf practice also caused some damage. I gave only 1 GMAT PREP. because towards the end i was thinking instead of putting 3-4 hours in that I can go over some verbal and quant. anyways....

Yeah, go cougars! My undergrad was from C.T Bauer College of Business. At that time, it didn't have that 40million dollars gift yet. Now, the new AIM center looks so cool. And they are going to build another new building over there. Best of luck to your application. I think 550 should be enough for UH part-time. I was just there for their information session several weeks ago (actually not trying to apply there, just to go back and check out the newly renovated building.)
