You score of 16 on Verbal indicates that either you got almost all of your SC correct and almost all CR and RC questions wrong or you had majority of questions wrong in all types of verbal questions.
A score of 16 is good news as you know you already mastered quant and with little work you can see dramatic improvements and thus raise you verbal to mid 30's easily in one month period.
Hint: Don't focus only on one type of verbal questions (i.e. SC only). Make sure you can perform adequate in SC, CR, AND RC. then you will need to be really good in one type to get to your mid 30's. I have always avoided, by all costs, studying RC and planned to master SC and CR. That worked buy only got me a 35 in verbal. In order to reach 40 I definately need to enhance my RC skills. That's what I am training on right now.
