Thank you for your inputs. I think I can get at least 620 because during my test a fire alarm broke out and that probably took 30 points off my grade. I didn't know you couldn't use a calculator before the test and I guessed on the last 10 in my verbal section. My friend preped for two weeks with just gmatprep and 800scores tests and got 680(41v,41q). I think I can do the same if not better.

I took the GMAT prep test without ANY prep(I mean none, I didn't even know what the sections were) and I believe I got a 460 (around there anyways)

after the PR course and taking the real GMAT twice, I finished with a 690, so huge increases are possible

A huge increase is definitely possible if you prepare properly. 700+ seems to be what a lot of people target, but few people score that high, so if you score in the upper 600s, you should still consider it a great accomplishment.
