I have 10 days before I take the exam. I've been studying hard for the last month or so and will be taking a mock test this weekend. I'm hoping to score close to 650. I would like all of you gurus out there please provide some feedback with the following scenarios.
If I score close to 650 on the mock should I consider myself ready.
If I fell short by a few margin say 575 or 600 should that be a showstopper and I need to reschedule.
Again my goals are not too ambitiious as some of you aspirants but I want to make a difference in my family life and mba is my only option. I need 650 to get into a reputable school and this is make or break for me. the last day to reschedule will be this sunday(6/20/2008).
Please provide an honest feedback.
The last time I took the gmatprep I scored a 575. with a 41-25 split. I'm expecting to raise my verbal and if I could I can see a reasonable bump up in my score. What do you guys suggest. Thanks

if you feel comfortable and if you are more or less within range I would suggest taking it.

From my exp - a week before a real test I took gmatprep#2 first time and got 540. I was completly crashed but could not postponded the real thing without losing 250 bucks. So I went on and was scored with real 690. That's the story. What you will do is your choice. Feel ready? - Do it...
