That I am just not ready for a July 21st sitting, so I decided to reschedule my 3rd attempt. This gives me an additional 5 weeks to study. After 4 weeks, I have not reached the 500 mark on any practice test and obviously that has been frustrating. I need to be in the 600's and need to focus on concept.
My study strategy:
Study M-F from 5pm-8pm, Sat 10-2pm
Practice Test Sunday - 8am
Materials:
MGMAT - SC, Numbers Properties, Geometry and Word Translations
OG - 11th Edition, Verbal and Quant Review books
Princeton Review - Cracking the GMAT 2004

I've gotten progressively better on Practice tests, going from a 420 (GMATprep 1) to 460 (GMATprep 2) to 470 (GMATprep 1 - reinstalled); My timing on Quant is poor which I'm sure contributes to the easy bin questions, and although I'm good with SC, I really need to focus my on RC and CR strategy.
Can I go from a 470 to a 600+ in 5 weeks? I feel I can, I just need some suggestions.
Any thoughts?

yes, you can.
For quant, focus on learning the material, the concepts behind the questions. I'm happy to see that you've been keeping an error log, but have you been recording the concepts you've missed in each question so you know which concepts you need to learn?

I do mark down the concept error that I missed. The next day I review my errors again, retry the problem I got wrong to ensure I fully understand the concept. If I get it wrong again, I know I need to focus on that concept. This has been very helpful. Initially I was just going through the OG (11th Ed) starting with problem 1 and doing 40 questions each night. This approach had my mind all over the place. MGMAT helped me focus on specific types of problems, so that I can say I am good on Ratio problems or Rate/Work problems. . .etc
As for Verbal, I for some reason was really good at SC before I picked up the MGMAT book. Now I'm doing very well. On my last practice test I had 15 SC questions of which I answered 14 correct. So I feel pretty good about that. I really need to work on pacing, though.
