Inspecta83,
You would be well served by reading a lot of the different message threads here. There is some very good advice, and it all comes from people who have walked this path ahead of you. Most of the frequent contributors, from what I have seen, have been accepted at the schools of their choice, or are well on their way to admission.
In general the Official Guide 11th edition (OG11), OG Verbal, and OG Math texts from GMAC, are on virtually everyone's list. The same can be said of the
Manhattan GMAT Prep (
MGMAT) Sentence Correction (SC) guide.
After that thing get a little more spread out. If you need quant work, the consensus is that you can't beat the
GMATclub tests for strengthening your Quant skills.
I, too, have
just started this journey, and have chosen to spend my $$$ on the
MGMAT guides (all of 8) in addition to a classroom group offered locally.
Best of luck on your journey!
Cheers,
cP
