Hello fgmat,
I am not sure as to what sort of prep material you have used, but looking from your score, you have a strong quant but the weak verbal is pulling your overall score down. I suggest you work on the verbal I am sure you have read throught the forums the various strategies for improving sc and CR. I think you should give this another shot and focus on your verbal, ofcourse keep up your level of quant as well. Also practice full length CATS because they build up your endurance. Usually we fire through the quant and then we get exhausted and verbal suffers. I am sure with full length tests, working on your verbal(Manhattan SC is good) you will come through. Give it one last shot and never give up!!! You are pretty smart especially considering your quant score, read the times of india, or the economist online which is a journal and not the easiest read!! Build up your reading ability(what I mean is your inference from text you are reading) also practice CR from LSAT OR The CR BIBLE(I have not used the latter but I have heard good stuff about it).
So good luck, if your scholarship depends on it, give it one more try!!!
