Hi,
I did the Diagnostic Test at the beginning of The Official Guide For Gmat Review (12th edition) and scored above average in all the sections apart from one where I scored excellent. Today I did the first practice exam of the GMATPrep and got a 650. I have not studied for the GMAT at all yet.
I am a native english speaker, and my maths skills are probably somewhat above average. What is a reasonable target for the GMAT if I put quite a lot of effort into it?
Background info: the master's program that I'm considering requires a minimum of 630, which I assume means that to seriously consider an applicant he must have ~700.

GMATPrep is a reliable indicator of your capability. To move from 650 to 700+ is definitely doable, but you'll need a clear study plan. bb actually has a guide for someone in your position.
