:D I gave my GMAT today. I got 520 ( Q - 44, Verbal - 19). Well my overall experience was good. I got low score in verbal as I had to guess half of the questions due to lack of time. I got 2-3 lengthy RC which took all my time. I guess, I did not plan the strategy. The Quant was easy. In fact, I ran out of time in this section too and had to guess 3-5 questions. Otherwise, I could get more. Considering the fact that I just studied for a month and out of that I studied seriously only in the last two weeks(over the weekends), I think it is not a bad score. I felt Quant was similar to Powerprep.

Hi Sunaraya,
Can you tell me about the AWA section. Were the topics difficult ? or similar to the ones on the Official Guide. How would you compare the RC and other questions on Verbal with the questions on the POWERPREP/ETS official guide.
I am taking the exam in less than a week. Any reply will be helpful.

I cannot compare GMAT with OG as I never studied OG. But I think, PP is a close representation of your actual score. I got 540 on PP1 and 570 on PP2. I gave both within a week's time and also gave them without studying OG. So, I really don't know if PP will be an approximate representation of your GMAt score if you have given PP after studying OG. Verbal had SC, which were pretty long. 2-3 short sentences and rest were long. RC was not as boring as I had thought. They were interesting paragraphs and hence easy to answer. But, they were all long and hence I had to spend lot of time on them.
