Hi,
I have taken the GMAT 3 times and this will be my 4th time taking it...and I want this to be the last time I take it.
The last two times, I have used Kaplan which helped with the quantative but my verbal scores are inconsistant. The problem is that when I take Kaplan exams, my scores seems to be going up (500-590 range). I just took GMATPrep exam and my score went down by more than a 100 points.
I want to change my approach for this exam this time and want to beat 600. Can anyone make good suggestions on alternate approches? I don't want to try Kaplan again.

ill agree with you. the Kaplan book does do a pretty good job with the quant but the verbal not so much. I use the OG Verbal Review and the Manhattan Verbal series to learn from it and then go back to Kaplan to do it's review exercises. If you haven't checked out Manhattan GMAT then I suggest you to do so and also they have question banks provided at a fee that is rumored to be pretty decent as well for practice.
