I have big question for you. I have currently owned my own marketing company for 5 year and would like to change careers to finance or consulting. I know that a full time program would be best but I don’t want to wait a year and I was accepted to NYU PT and Columbia EMBA. If I’m looking to get a job in finance or consulting and have the time to take on a non-paid or paid internship anytime which one would be the best fit?

Columbia EMBA would be a good fit. Better brand, larger alumni group, "top 7" school, plus it's an EMBA and not a PT MBA.
