Hello,
I got admitted into Cornell & Duke EMBA programs and now applying to MIT's SDM program and still decided between EMBA vs SDM?
I work in the tech sector as a Solutions Architect with about 13 years of experience after completing my MS in Electrical Engineering degree. I plan to stay in the tech sector but move into management roles. MIT's System, Design and Management (SDM) is a specialized program that combines engineering and management training in one degree for mid-career managers. I am also looking at this in terms of long term benefits, whether a general MBA degree from Cornell or Duke will be more beneficial vs an MS degree in SDM. Also, SDM tuition is about 3/4 or probably 1/2 the cost of these EMBA programs.
