GMAT scores are generally good for 5 years. But I would like a more specific idea. I took the GMAT on 11/19/02 so it should be good till 11/19/07. Does that mean the latest I can apply for is Fall 2008 (when classes begin)? Because I've been told otherwise, so I'm confused. Thank you.
The most logical reading of the five year eligibility period is from the date of the test to the date your file is reviewed. However, schools set their own policies so it really does make the most sense to check with individual schools if you are planning to apply anywhere near the "expiration date" of your scores.
