Hello,
A lot of applications ask about your involvement in activities outside of work and how it has helped your developement. I assume the strongest way to answer this is with regards to some sort of charity. Unfortunately, I don't really have a lot of this sort of work on my resume. While I did help out with some charities, that was many many years ago and hardly relevant today. The only extra activities I'm a part of that are worth noting are my involvement in sports. Does that stuff count? How has everyone else approached this sort of question?
