I'm not sure really, but they thought (I think) that I was fit for the job. Also, it was the first time these two clients signed such an agreement with the company, so it was critical that we succeed in our first encounter, which resulted in renewal and "contributed" in the increaded customer satisfaction thus partly contributing to an increase in sales revenue from these two accounts by at 70%,50% respectively.
