Can you give me some additional information regarding the background checks that are completed on accepted applicants? When they review employment history, is that only post-college full time employment or even the jobs that you held in undergrad?

Any statement one makes on her application is subject to investigation but there is usually far more interest in what a candidate claims to have done for employment after college than during college.
