By possible academic risk I simply meant that your GMAT was toward the left of the distribution for this school and we don't have any details on your undergraduate record (which, of course, might be excellent). This risk is one of the easier types of risk to address and clear by showing your achievements in this field.

Hjort,

Sorry to bother you with my questions one after the other but I still have couple of question. I hope my questions are not causing any inconvenience to you.

Any ways my questions are as follows.
1) My undergraduate records are good but certainly not extra ordinary or unique. Do you think still it is worth a shot if I emphasis my professional acheivements in my application and come up with considerably good admission essays? Or do you think that I should improve my GMAT score before applying for the admission?

2) Lot my friends have done their Part time MBA from Wayne university, Detroit, MI. I know that ROSS MBA ranks much higher than Wayne university. However this raniking applies to Full Time programs. I was wondering if you know any thing about Wayne University MBA program? Also do you know any thing about University of Michigan Dearborn MBA program?

I will appreciate if you could give me your frank opinion on these questions.

Thanks for all the help.
