1) I encourage you to talk to people in a wide variety of industries to see what appeals to you. It is clearly not a crime to enter an MBA program with no clear idea of what you want to do, but I think it is a good idea to use your time now to do some exploration.
2) As usual, I cannot really say whether it makes sense to get an MBA for any individual. If the jobs that appeal to you in the long run require an MBA, the case for an MBA is clearly stronger.
3) While this might not be a concern for you at this time, many MBA applicants and students have young children. It is not easy (if being a parent of a newborn ever is) but many people people find effective ways to combine studying and parenting.
