Hi Hjort,
I am a waitlisted applicant at UNC. I was informed to improve my GMAT score and I wrote my GMAT exam on May 31. Unfortunately, I got only 30 score increased (from 530 to 560). I called the admission director and she said my chance is very slim due to my low verbal section.
However, I have submitted two additional essays regarding my recent accomplishment and my distinct contribution that might help strengthen my application.
It would be great if you could recommend what else I need to do in order to improve my chance for UNC admission.
About myself.
- 11 yrs working experiences (9 yrs - management consulting, 2 yrs - family business)
- Bachelor in IT and Master in Finance
