Do you have some list for schools based on full tuition waiver/scholarship they offer. I do understand that such schools may be 2nd or 3rd tier but it does ease the burden of high tuitioni fees that some of the Ivy schools ask.
Eg: I believe U of Georgia Terry gives almost half the incoming class scholarships (mostly full tuition waivers with $5000 stipend).
I do not know if this would be of any help but the University where I am applying the RSM in the Netherlands( the 5th business University in Europe) offer his Msc programs in Business for 1,500 euros, very low compared to what there is aroud.... while in other like in Finland at the Helsinki school of economics and in Genmany the university of koln are for free...
As far as I know, most b-schools are now obsessed with diversity and globalization. Can one conlude from that trend that internationals have more chances to get admitted/receive fin.aid in schools where there is a lack of diversity?
