Hjort,

Here is my GPA list:
Small public Univ. 3.5 for first two yrs
Big public Univ. (top 20 engineering school) 3.1 for Jr and Sr yrs (transferred) M.E.B.S.
Very Fancy private Univ M.S. 3.9

My biggest concern is the GPA from my undergraduate diploma.
I am hoping that my MS GPA can cover my shortcoming of the GPA from the Big state univ.

Does B-schools give much consideration on the MS GPA?
To tell you the truth, everyone knows that getting a high GPA in graduate school is not difficult.

Thanks a lot.
I was worried because my GPA went down instead of up after I transferred to a bigger school from a small school.
I am just hoping that Adcom doesn't focus on this.
Since I have a chance to explain the reason for the negative slope of the my undergraduate GPA in the essay, I guess I had better not focus on this but rather on my essays.

I guess everything is counted. But, does anyone know if Adcom cares about the graduate GPA?

The graduate record is considered as well. The fact that someone could do extremely well in one form of graduate school is certainly a plus when evaluating him/her for admission to another form of grad school.
