Hello, I was wondering if you would be kind enough to make some recommendations/suggestions on where I can apply and have a chance to get accepted. My overall Undergrad GPA is not high , it is 2.89 (yes. my fault) and my Major MPA is 3.4. I graduated in the Summer of 2005 with a BS in Business Management from the Univ of Arizona. I am 23 yrs old.
I am looking to enter a program (in Management infrmation systems), in Spring 07. I took the gmGMAT yesterday and did not do well (after 2 months of prep, I averaged a 630 on the Kaplan practice tests but really messed up on the actual test scoring less than 450
). So I am planning to retake it mid-October 2006, hoping the universities will still accept my application and consider my second score. The current list of universities that i am applying to are:
Univ of Toledo, Ohio
Univ of Nevada, Las vegas
I would like to apply for atleast 2 more universites. As I am an International student, deadlines in most schools for Spring 07 semester is Oct 1,2006., so I would need to act fast. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
(Note: I have all the other application material - 3 recommendation letters, financial statement etc.) ready, except the GMAT score as of today)
