Dear Hjort,
I decided to apply next year to a MBA in Japan. I know this can be surprising, most of people want to go to a US University (!)
The name of the University is HITOTSUBASHI ICS. VERY good in reputation in Japan with exchange programs in USA.
To give you a clearer idea, I took the initiative to add the following link :
https://www.ics.hit-u.ac.jp/ib/procedure.html
As you can guess it, they request prior academic record (" including areas of strength and trends in scholastic performance").
Unfortunately, mine is average even a bit lower than average (!!).
Could you tell me how I could manage this serious weakness ?

Unfortunately I do not know much about this program. Based on the listed criteria, it seems plausible that strong work experience and GMAT scores would compensate to some extent for a weaker academic record. Beyond that, I am afraid I do not have much to add.

Thanks for giving me your point of view. I know MBAs in Japan have a huge lack of reputation compared to US and european MBAs.
