Hi Hjort
I was wondering if you know what particular qualities Anderson is looking for in its applicants (like how HBS is looking for leadership, etc.). I don't know anyone who went to Anderson so I am not sure what to stress in my application. Could you give me any tips?

I think it is far more useful to determine on your own what Anderson is looking for. While clearly not interchangeable, I have found that schools of similar stature tend to be remartably similar in what they seek from applicants.
