First of all, thanks in advance.
Here is my profile
Bachelors in Computer Science 80% - I dont know what GPA this translates into.
Citizenship - India
Age - 28
Work Experience -
3 years - Infosys
3.5 years - Hewlett Packard
International Experience
8 months - Japan
Currently working in HP in California for the past two years.
quans 49 90
Verbal 41 93
GMAT total 730 97
AWA 5.5
Constantly rated as top 5% of workforce in both Infosys and Hewlett Packard.
Recieved around 8 awards for exceptional work.
Worked with the Government of India to provide e-learning to children in schools. I was not affliated with any organization, but i have a appreciation letter from the Goverment of India.
I have strong recommendation letters from the director and program manager of sales operations HP.
Currently i lead a team of around 15 people and also play the role of a business analyst. Apart from leading a team i work business, sales and pricing folks worldwide to understand and translate requirements into IT solutions.
I know I probably dont stand out? For this year, given the application deadline, I plan to apply in GSB and MIT. What do you think my chances are? Iam also thinking of Stanford because of its strong association with Hewlett Packard. Please let me know if it is even worthwhile applying here or should i just concentrate on the two schools at hand.
If i dont get into either next year i will evaluate my options again.

Hi,
I selected Chicago because of its focus in strategy and planning and also international business. In my current role i work on HP's worldwide pricing and catalog strategy. I also work with sales and ebusiness teams world wide to understand and architect solutions for them. I have grown to appreciate these two aspects of management. My goal is to work in the office of strategy and planning. Hence Chicago.
As for MIT, i chose it because of its techical focus and also its hands on approach.
