Also I feel that i should give a shot one school in top 5 and one in top 10. Hence GSB and MIT.

If i dont get any next year i will also consider Berkley Part-time and also Santa Clara part-time, close to where i work.

Iam giving it my best shot (the best that i can in the limited time).

Thanks and Regards,
Rajiv

All of the ultra elites are basically in the top 5 or so schools. Chicago is an outstanding school but do you have further reasons for selecting it over (say) Wharton or Kellogg?

I actually did not think I even stood a remote chance at getting into Wharton or Kellog.

I just took the GMAT on the 15th. So this year i wanted to get in two applications. I chose Chicago GSB, because its close to where most of my family is.

So I think the chances are low. But your question is making me think how i can improve my essay by researching futher into Chicago GSB and why it is the school for me.
