Hi, I'm Sinduja Venkat from Chennai, India.
I'm currently a college senior(3rd yr BE). I will be taking the Indian MBA exams this year. However, surfing through the GMAT club I realize the advantage of an International MBA.
I have some issues with regard to work experience. Save for project work I have never been exposed to a work place. My profile is strong enough otherwise. I believe my accomplishments in academics, extra curriculars and social work will give me a considerable amount to talk about. Also I want this degree in order to change my line. I'm currently an engg undergrad. I don't see any promise in this field, for me that is.
I don't intend to work for a year or so because I can land only an IT job. This as I said, will be of no use to me. I can actually do without it.
I haven't taken my GMAT yet so there are many possibilities.
My query is regarding the chances that a person with my profile has to make it to an elite B-school.
